…this year was different for a homeless Colombian woman. Photographer Emilio Aparicio threw a birthday celebration for his friend and muse, Andrea Chaparro. The two met five years ago when he was shooting for his school thesis and began documenting those who lived on the streets. The Internet is long on those “THIS will restore your faith in humanity stories,” but this will restore your faith in humanity.
