Vaccine Queen Jenny McCarthy’s new New Year’s Eve tradition of kissing an unsuspecting stranger in uniform may have negative consequences. Last year it was a New York City cop; this year, a sailor, who may have heard the “any port in a storm” cliché one too many times. After a terrific on-screen kiss in Times Square as part of ABC’s “Dick Clark’s Rockin’ New Year’s Eve,” McCarthy interviewed her single loverboy, who had some major red stuff all over his top lip. Lipstick smudges? Chapstick residue? Love bumps?

SNL’s Guy Fieri New York Times rebuttal segment didn’t make it past dress rehearsal this weekend. But watch it here, it’s pretty funny.

Regular guy and nonfamous person Brett Cohen tricks Times Square into thinking he’s famous. He hired photographers, bouncers and an entourage to walk with him in New York’s Times Square, and people reacted as if the U.S. women’s gymnastics team were vaulting over taxicabs. He posed for more than 300 pictures with strangers who had no idea who he was. Ironically, because of this video, the previously non-famous Brett might turn into a YouTube celebrity and end up on Good Morning America.
